Today a great Tuna fisherman came by and presented me with his lions. So in turn I sliced some of it for Sushi ( my first time ) and will take over to to the Great Oyster Shucker's home who invited us over for some steamed Blue Crab.
I ate some as Sashimi and it was (as they say in Japan) muy bueno or oishi. _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED. |

OK Tyler. You have to name all the items in your presentation.
Thanks in advance. _________________

Wasabe, pickled ginger, the sauce is soy sauce with rice wine vinegar, and sliced jalapenos to infuse some heat. We normally use serranos but only had jalapenos. And finally that last candy cane thing for more for presentation was some sort of organic beet Kelle got at Natural Grocer - a lot like parsley just for garnish. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook!

Thanks Tyler! It was the last item I was curious about. Sort of looked like salmon belly with the orange/white color, but not quite the right shape. _________________
