| Answer in a word, YES. It's possible that if you haul buns through that area you can do it in 2wd but it would be wise to have someone with you just in case. |

| Did that very thing a couple of weeks ago. Stay away from the dunes to the south unless you are with someone to help pull you out. Some serious soft powder back there. Did find a nice hard packed sandy spot near the water. Caught a nice 23" redfish using live mullet under a Cajun Thunder popping cork. |
