This hella sucks!!! First friggin time in several years I have the money and time to fish and this friggin red tide . . . flat pisses me off Mad .

OK, I feel better, thanks for letting me rant some . . . now, more serious question: if this stuff blows out of there, what is the result for the remainder of the fall run? Does it taper off or what. Thanks everyone.

With this set back, or others, or in times when everything seems to be going right...or may be going wrong...I always remember a very old saying worth repeating...

This too shall pass.

unfortunately it is part of the food chain and has been happening before we have been walking.
now that I have said that, if I am wrong I will be corrected.
but, this is not a nice thing to happen, but some how natures makes the best of it.
now if we created this monster, mother nature has a nasty way of taking care of us..

so this to will pass and all will be good.. plenty of rain, hopefully, more when non of us are fishing and it will be great like it has for past couple of years.

Please keep in mind that if the die-off from red tide stopped when you read this the real pain in the butt will still be sitting on the beach for a good while...

A week after red tide...

Yeah I keep posting this pic but trying to save some tires.

Tires might/will be a problem... and it may cost a bit of money but more important, in my opinion - watch where you walk! I don't think hardhead fins will have a problem going through most shoe soles. It will be extremely unpleasant at best.

Time for a hardhead beach clean-up Question
