Made it down to the 20mm buy sunrise. Man the driving was good till around the 17mm and it got rough. I used 4H for a little bit,saw a lot of people stuck. Why drive 2wd's down that far? My wife took the pictures of the sunrise. The surf was full of finger mullet,when I casted my line kept landing on them Laughing

. Pulled the cast net out and got a dozen right off the bat. Got some good hits but no takers till around 11:30a.m. . My son got a few whiting and some ladyfish. I got a monster ladyfish cut it up right away and used it, got a 18inch rat red and threw it back. As lady luck would have it my wife got two for the price of one. One 20inch(right on the money) and a 21 inch red on a double shot leader. The surf got really rough and the weed came in,packed it up and headed to Rudy's BBQ for some much needed energy and headed home. Until next time.
