Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am a instructor at Lackland AFB and just got a new class on board. There are about 3 guys that want to go out and do some fishing. They have no gear that I know of and would love to go out on a boat. Do any of you have any info on a cheap trip they can go on or someone that would be willing to take them out for cheap? I appreciate your help. These are some good guys that just want to get some fishing in while here in TX. Thanks for your help....

Your best bet would be one of the offshore party boats in Port Aransas. They provide all tackle. Just need a license, one day license is like $10 i think. You may have to take your own food and drinks too. Not sure, never been on one, just heard of them.

It's times like these that i wish i was blessed with a bigger boat becuase they would be welcomed and the tab would be on me. I'm a vet and have a son serving at this time. However if one or two would show up on the weekend with plenty of notice we might be able to put them on some fish. We got to take care of our boys. I even have an extra room. ha ha.

Thats true , Port Aransas would be a good location for fishing during the day. Then after the sun goes down they could go out hunting in some of the local establishments for........ well you know. Very Happy

I'll take em. My boat is actually at gulf coast marine right now for sale on consignment, but i can get it out for a day and I would love to take them.
