Well, it’s been a great boat, but I’m looking to go ultra-shallow (Shallow Sport, Transcat, Ultracat, or something like that). However, before I jump into something new I’m going to have to let this one go. Here’s the scoop:
2001 Bluewave Super Tunnel (Red Flake / Grey)
Hull Draft 10-12”
Livewell (Aerated - Rear Port Side)
Stainless Side Rails
2 New Ice Chests (94 Qt)
New Seat Covers (Couldn’t stand the “BlueWave” seats)
43 Gallon Fuel Tank
Interior Deck Lights
Horn (Whoopee!)
Bow Storage
Front Storage (Angle Boxes)
Hydraulic Steering (SeaStar – New Helm / All New Seals)
2000 Yamaha HPDI - 200Hp
Stainless Steel Powertec 3-Blade Prop
CMC Jack Plate (6” Set-Back)
Lowrance X-48 Fish / Depth Finder (Not the best, but it works)
Aluminum Tandem Axle Trailer (McClain)
Registration Stickers are good through January 08
Basically, this boat is just not getting used as much as I’d like. I’m not positive, but I’d guess that it’s got between 200 & 250 hours it. I always disconnect the battery, so my hour reading is never right.
It can run through a foot of water, and needs between a foot & 18” to get it up & going (depends on the bottom). At the same time, you can easily make trips out to the rigs if that’s your thing (I never did). It will cruise at around 38-40, and has a top end in the mid-40s.
