I have been thinking about getting a bigger boat and I guess the first step is seeing if there is any interest in my current one. It is a 1998 Trophy offshore series, 19', with a Force 120. I have treated this boat extremely well and it is in pristine condition.
We went 30 miles out of packery last weekend (see the report "saturday 3/1 offshore") when the 42020 buoy was calling 5 footers with 7sec period. Never once felt uncomfortable and cruised 18 mph on the way out and 25 on the way back. I never hesitate to go fishing if the forecast calls for 2-4 and it will ride safely on much bigger if you get in trouble. It is also a dry riding boat for its size.
Equipment includes:
-single axle galvanized trailer with new winch strap, new springs, hubs, bearings 10/07
-t-top with folding tower
-dual batteries (new 09/07 and 01/ 08) with battery switch
-GPS, fishfinder, VHF in T-top box
-250ft anchor line, 15ft chain, anchor ball
-baitwell
-two fishboxes aft, two storage areas forward
-55 gal tank
-dual bilge pumps
-13 rod holders
I would let it go for $12,500. PM or call 847-904-0437.
