Despite the very chilly temperatures and full moon, fishing remained great today. After being off the water for a while, Captain Nate Middleton showed us that he has not lost his touch. Nate's big trout went 28" and weighed 8 Lbs. Nate also had a "slam" today to ice his homecoming. We caught solid fish all day on the Corky, wading soft grassy bottoms. The weather was downright nasty, but both the big fish and fishermen liked it.

outstanding. the good thing about bad weather is you almost never have to share the water with anyone. great catch _________________ A flute without holes, is not a flute. A donut without a hole, is a Danish. |

| IMS I can feel chills and fever coming on as well. This might take a week or two to get over. Oh wait. I get the summer off, I think I'll just wait. |

Great fish and pics! But I have a nagging question. Is Capt. Nate related to Wade? I am able to catch his TV show from time to time. And PS. I'm headed to Amistad for some bass fishing on 2-12 to the 14th. Yaking the dam, 277 north, and Black Brush area if any interested. Will be an evening, an all day, and possible next morning. _________________ "I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize what you heard is not what I mean." |
