What do you mean by success?

The best nights I had were shortly before Thanksgiving. Other than those nights, it was hit and miss.

For me, it was a hard year for Flounder. My best year was five ago, and I have not had any like it since. I am hoping the old timers (no offence) are right, and that they cycle (abundance) about every five years.

Success for me is any night I can get out and enjoy the night. I did see a Triple tail that took me by surprise. I was also able to witness the largest mullet migration I have ever seen with tens of thousands.

One complaint, those stinking baby dolphins. The big ones are just that, too big to get in front of the boat, but those little ones sure can clean house.

I understand your need of a fix. I have been presently physically unable to go fishing for the past 3 weeks and have another week or 2 to go in this stupid cast. But reading other people's reports just makes me jealous and makes withdrawal even worse. I need a real fix!!
