In a day when great customer service is hard to find, I would like to express my gratitude and let everyone know how JerryB's took care of my kayak problem, and even got me a brand new Wilderness Ride under warranty. My old ride broke, and without me knowing it, JerryB sent pictures to Wilderness and within days a brand new Ride was on the way. (The original Ride was bought from another dealer-not JerryB's)
By the way, the new Ride design is a tremendous improvement over the old design. Thank you JerryB and Wilderness |
