Went to see if packery was poducing and how the water and mullet
were acting. The mullet were on the run and the day turned out beautifull,
A that was with chances of rain in the forcast. The water was looking real good as the day went by.It was a day after new moon maybe the fish would bite later but i had to leave about three o'clock pm, Fished a good
five hours with just a couple of fish hitting my finger mullet. There were
tarpon rolling at the tip and some on the surf side of the jetty.Im thinking
the bite was going to be later in the after noon and i planed to go back
later,But had a bad mishap with a meat cleaver that required five
stitches on my finger and the doctor told me no salt water fishing for 10
days. That news sucked, Just what ive been waitng for fall fishing.
Any ways enough crying the water looked good, little amount of seaweed
and the mullet run was vissible,Heres a few photos enjoy and good
luck on you alls fishing trips ''TITE LINES''. Cool

Both fish were released red fish was a rat red. Cool

Nice pics. I heard the tarpon were rolling. I saw a kid and his father last night who were going out to the jetties to try for them on flies.

Yeah the tarpon were there that day, thought about slide linening but didnt give it a try. My friend went sail line fishing that same day in the late afternoon at the humble area and said the reds were there,He reported
everyone was catching red fish.I guess there still hanging around the bays close to the channels going to the gulf. Cool You know im gonna use a glove rabbit. Laughing
