I bought a Shimano Sustain 6000 spinning reel about 1.5 - 2 years ago thinking I'd learn how to use it for surf fishing. I took a practice at it once. Cast it about 5 times and went back to my bait caster. Come to think of it, I didn't fish much surf fishing. I couldn't get the hang of casting out there and sit and wait. And the sea grass was a bummer. I'm a redfish tail tracker and sight caster. At least when I had time to fish. No more. I haven't fished in ages. Bummer. So, most of my fishing gear is in my house in their neoprene covers on a rack. I've only used about 3 reels out of many when I did have time to fish once in a while. Those I'll probably keep. Gee, all my gear is nearly in "new" condition. Perhaps I won't sell off most of my inventory. Damn, I'm sounding wishy washy. I enjoy fishing too much and my Shimano's!

I'll slowly go through my inventory. I know other fishing fanatics can have better use for it rather than sit in my house.

Here's the Sustain 6000 in MINT - NEW working cond. Not a scratch or a ding on it. Comes with neoprene cover. I'll consider the best offer and decide whether worth it to sell here or on eBay. Have the original box and everything that came with it in my closet. Thanks for checking it out.

I won't give this away, but I'm fair. If interested and want to make a fair offer, please send me a PM. Thanks.

I haven't posted on eBay: don't know how to yet.

I believe I paid the following at Roy's: + Tax
Shimano Sustain 6000 Reel ($249 or $269)
Shimano Tallus Rod, 15-30 lb, 7' ($89 or something like that)
Shimano Neoprene Reel Cover ($7.99 or something like that)

NEW-MINT Condition with Box! $150+ off than purchased at store.
Price: $200.

Thanks.
