But Happy Mardi Gras to everybody out there! Hope you've had your share of King Cakes, but not those abominations they sell at HEB.
When my youngest Daughter was born (the one now in the Coast Guard), she was born on Feb 19th, and that year was another early Mardi Gras year. It was the Monday before (=Lundi Gras), and the Wife-Unit said it was my job to come up with a name. After a fit-full night of dreams about being in the delivery room and searching for a name by checking out all the name tags on the nurses there, I settled on 'Lindsey'. To honor Lundi Gras!
