On our way to taking my wife to the chiropractor in Taos New Mexico my truck all the sudden decided to take a scenic trip. Went down along the Rio Grande and I had about 30 minutes to fish. Caught a couple of these guys. Had to keep this one because it was Gil hooked. We'll make it tasty supper tomorrow.

I did this one good old-fashioned camp style. Just salt and pepper, fried it until the skin was crisp on both sides and enjoyed.
