Fished for quite awhile today but eventually turned out okay. I actually had a fifth trout but when I went to throw it in the live well I missed and hit the side of the boat jump two times and went back in the water. Oh well I guess he to be saved.

Woo Hoooo!!!!! The mojo is back and the world will survive! Very Happy

I'll be fishing most of this week so send some my way. Offshore for a couple days and then possibly the surf if its decent. I cant wait!

Looks delicious!! Zia can you share you recipe with us? Appears to be skin still on the trout. Familiar with reds that way but not trout.

No big deal. Sprinkled garlic, salt, pepper and put sprigs of Rosemary, basil, oregano and mint inside, put it on the smoker. When skins peeled away it was ready to go.

Laughing I had every bit of confidence in your abilities! I'm a little surprised you didn't cut the fins out of the trout, and I guess you scaled them? Anyway, looks delicious!

Just headed them and gutted them, seasoned them and threw them on the smoker.

Sure did. Most of them on tequila gold sandeels but two of them were caught on black
