the tails on those thumb-splitters are not one big pieace of meat. I tried them in Shanghai. They are segmented, so you have to work through little sheled chambers one at a time. It's a major PITA, like working through blue crabs, but the reward isn't as good.
I also got REALLY sick from that meal. _________________ ...if my boss ever finds this forum I'll be unemployed... |

That's why, in one of the videos I saw, the street vendor cut up the tails into bite size pieces... after cooking them. And I was thinking,.. WHY?? But Luke threw down! Truth!
