There was always talk of a big push of trout moving in from the surf in the spring labeled as tide runner trout.
Years back someone did some studies tracking trout movements. Does anyone have a link to that information or any new studies?
Thanks for any info.

My buddies, Becky, and Roadkill and I helped catch surf trout for that study. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

Thanks for the link Allen.
Hopefully they can do more studies in the future.
One on our local flounder would be great to see.

| I think the key information was that the surf trout came into inlets but did not stay very long. I see other parameters that explain what we think are the tide runner fluxes but it's something else entirely. |
