I was just at Packery and the surf was rust brown color. Looked like cold water coming in.

^^^ Saw that too yesterday around Newport Pass, lots of bleached out Syringodium pieces washing in (that with the brown water is pretty classic for upwelling), but just checked the Bob Hall Temperature record and it's been steady for the past month?!?!

But that nasty water goes WAY out........
