The first Pacific tropical storm is trying its best to cross Mexico into the Bay of Campeche this week. May be in Gulf early next week.

I thought the same thing, as it would be moving NE across the flatter ground, but then I saw this:

which makes the forecast for it to do a U-turn and go back into the Pacific Ocean (for whatever reason--front, high pressure, prevailing flow etc)

I think we're getting enough rain for the moment. Would be nice to get some more but spread it out. LOL.

Good thing we only have 3 days to get snapper that would ruin the season if it lasted until next week when that thing comes in. Wink
