Got this nice 20.5 inch flounder fishing with Romann and Roadkill Willie. I didn't get a weight before cleaning but it must have been over three pounds. The fillets weighed 2lbs. I first caugh a small 15 inch keeper which I released. We caught a bunch of undersized trout and two rat reds. I also caught two more throwback flounder and one 15 inch trout (released) fishing in the backyard.

Good job guys.. all this rain should intensify the flounder run and get them moving more to the pass / jetties. Fishing the edge of the Lydia and should be good as well.

I just might test this theory tomorrow. You might be interested to know that the trout have been preferring fast moving baits on the surface. Mirrodines and C-eyes seem to catch the bigger ones while spoons and swimbaits catch the smaller.
