| My wife and I will be headed to PINS this weekend for a few days of some much needed time off work. We can't reschedule, so we have to deal with what Momma Nature throws at us. Any advice on what to try and target would be greatly appreciated, we will be fishing in the surf only. Thanks! |

I would stay near Yarborough Pass or the jetties. The surf has a cold water upwelling and most likely will be blown out if the wind continues. Or I might stay at Mustang Island State Park and fish the back side if the surf there is blown out. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

bring lots of cold beverages (but DON"T be drinking and driving)....
fish for whiting and load the cooler...might get a kicker drum or something...

Tyler, Becky,
Thanks for the advice! It may not be pretty this weekend, but at least we will still be fishing. |
