It's been awhile, but it's great to be back. I haven't done much inshore fishing since I've been back mostly offshore only because it just taste better. lol mostly because I had to settle in San Antonio. I'm trying to make my way to Corpus just couldn't find the right job. Either way I'm going offshore this Friday. Great to be back on this forum.

I'm stuck in San Antonio to bc of work. I wish I could live in Corpus but the job market is very limited. At least I'm not in Dallas, the worst place on earth.

Trust me there's worst places than Dallas. My last assignment Was Charleston SC and the fishing sucked there. and there was no southern hospitality. Was offered a great job there, but not worth the heartache. To not start a debate lets just say that what you see on the news about SC is still very true and happening. It happened to my girls and I don't tolerate racists. that is why I'm back to God's Country! TEXAS!

Darn I'm stuck in Flourbluff 1 block from the water, less than five minutes from the boat launch, 10 minutes from the beach. HEB is just 4 minutes away. Work keeps me here. Why are you guys complaining? Very Happy

The offer is still there and my wife would like nothing more to be near the grand daughter. I have one year until I'm 100% eligible for retirement. I told my buddy that I just don't think I want the maint. mgr. job. I got people that want me to be a guide and I don't want to do that either. I'm better at being a "host" and a good one at that. I'll figure something out. I'm not one to sit still. I still have my welding shop but my neck says no to that. Maybe small jobs for lure money. What to do what to do ?

I'd move to Costa Rica in a heartbeat, but I can't afford the divorce.
