I sent a broken frame pair in a couple years ago. They said frame "defect" and replaced the frames basically no questions asked. The only defect they had was that I sat on them.

I broke the Brine's about a year ago just taking them off at airport security haha.. It was $60 plus shipping to them. And the customer service line is very helpful. They will let you know the price.

They charged me too over stripped out threads. Good luck. However it was still cheaper than buying a new pair I have to admit that. I feel bad for the who lost his in the dark at the launch just after they started to head down the channel. They fell off his head and into the water you could have heard him a mile away. He didn't have a 10 dollar neck strap on them. MY COSTAS!!!!!!!!.....bye bye.......

A question to those who have sent their Costas back for repairs:
Did you purchase your shades from authorized dealers?
I ask because I'm about to pull the trigger on a new pair. I would love to
save money by going to some of the cheaper online sellers but I'm afraid I would be snubbed by Costa should I ever need to send them in for work.

They did not ask me to verify where I got mine or show a purchase receipt.
Sent my broken wave killers in, they fixed them and replaced the lenses. $35 plus shipping. I was very happy with the service. But the nonstop email advertising after, I a bit much. Guess that's why the repairs are such a good deal.
