whats your top pick of wading boots ? ,I've bought the cheap $ 20 ones that last maybe a year. Tennis shoes , to me just don't have thick enough Soles.
I think the " everlast " reef boot is the best bang for the Buck . $40. |

I want no cuts, scratches or stings, so I have Ray guards for muddy wades, reef boots and surf boots for all else _________________ Happy Hook'n

| I just use dive boots, not much sense in having multiple pairs. They work just fine. |

I've worn hodgeman's for a while. The ones with the front zipper. My only gripe is that they never stay zipped up. Esp when worn over waders. Thinking of upgrading to some Chuck Taylors. _________________ "There's no such thing as a bad day fishing." |

I've used the wade boots for last 12 years in the $40 range. But I go through 1-2 pairs a year. Just recently I went over to a Simms boot and I'm expecting a longer life expectancy. I have already noticed the boot itself is very comfortable and less fatigue at the end of a long day of wading. My true test will be bumping rocks around baffin. _________________ Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience. |

Army surplus jungle boots my friends those things are tough as nails , really get comfy after a few uses ,great durability ,and don't cost much, but on the down side guess they are not as stylish as the sims booties _________________ EAT,SLEEP,BREATHE,FISHING |

I liked that idea and looked them up. One place only stocks up to 13R and 13W. I wear 13 or 14 in sneakers as it is. How many sizes up over your normal size did you go to get them to fit over the foot in the waders? _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

I like my Predators. I've had them for ten years. They work well in any circumstance, and also provide serious protection against shells, reefs and rays. The only downside is, if you're looking to cover serious ground wading, they do get a bit heavy-- but they fit like a glove and are comfortable to boot. _________________ Fish ON! |

| Second on the Jungle boots, That is all I wear any more. I dont use mine in waders my waders have a boot so not sure on that but I cant imagine you would need to go over more than one size. They are tough and very comfortable. I have been using the same pair for about 4 years now the bottoms are ate up from oysters but they are still kicking strong they also provide nice ankle support for long days of wading |

I found some cheap military style boots that where a little taller and have super thick soles. They even have drain holes, I caught them at academy for 29 and have lasted 4 years. They are now beginning to wear down now. But I wade an average of 40 times a year _________________ Take a kid fishing, best investment for them and our future of fishing. |

I keep it gangster and just wear shrimp boots over my waders. While a little heavy, I can walk on anything and not have to worry, all while not skipping leg day. _________________ "I never had an Easter, but I've always had a bunch of speakers" - Beardo |
