My yak got stored on its hull and has some distortion on the hull from the 2" x 6" sawhorse it was resting on. Got a flattened area on the hull from the 2 x 6. Any suggestions on how to get this to pop it out?

Prop it up on both ends with the depressed areas facing down and heat the those areas with a hair drier. Gravity will do the rest, but it will probably never be the same. Rotomolding is quick and relatively cheap, but polyethylene has it's drawback.

Turn it over and let it soak up some direct sunlite, it'll be awrite...I wouldn't recommend any artificial heat

I'm with leaving it in the sun. It will pop back out or at least be close to original.
