My yak got stored on its hull and has some distortion on the hull from the 2" x 6" sawhorse it was resting on. Got a flattened area on the hull from the 2 x 6. Any suggestions on how to get this to pop it out?

Prop it up on both ends with the depressed areas facing down and heat the those areas with a hair drier. Gravity will do the rest, but it will probably never be the same. Rotomolding is quick and relatively cheap, but polyethylene has it's drawback.

| Turn it over and let it soak up some direct sunlite, it'll be awrite...I wouldn't recommend any artificial heat |

| I had left mine on my kayak cart once over night the next day had a good size dent, I just left it in the sun by the end of the day it was back to normal |

| I'm with leaving it in the sun. It will pop back out or at least be close to original. |
