He's alive and well. Boat is busted and he's doing extra work but hopes to be back at the fish soon. Very Happy

Yes I am around. I need somebody to extract 2 broken bolts from my block to where the starter mounts up. I don't trust myself not to fubar it with easy out. Any suggestions?

hey Robbie good to see you're still kicking....

on those bolts, you may try T.C. Automotive there at Cimarron and Airline....even though it's a car shop, they can probably get them out...

and now you know, when you go back up with boat motor parts ALWAYS USE ANTI-SEIZE!!!

I know you know, just a reminder....LOL

thanks becky. I wish this was a case of a seized bolt. But these broke off when trying to fire the boat up after the winter.

Can you drill em and easy out them Robbie?? Also, instead of never seize, use gasket sealer, the kind in the can/bottle that you apply with a brush. Thats what we use on all our bolts when we build motors, and it works great everytime. never seize is good, but it does wash away and it also dries out severly and sometimes has a reverse affect and keeps things stuck together.
