Good vid. For my competition ribs I go with Trigg's recipe of brown sugar, honey, squeeze butter and a bit of tiger sauce in my foil wrap so I don't know if the liners would work for me. The only suggestion I have is to invest in some gloves to keep all the goo off your paws.
