The Pineapple BBQ sauce uses some frozen pineapple juice concentrate, just enough to give it an interesting taste without anyone saying the word pineapple.

I cook a lot of briskets in competition. I just switched to Myron Mixon's method. He is after all the winningest man in BBQ.
