My friend Steve (furloughed) and his wife Lauren called about 10 AM and wanted to know if I wanted to join them fishing. "Hell Yes"!
The first place we stopped, nada. Took them to KRS and started catching fish. They were using shrimp and me my usual tequila eel. I hardly got a bump, switched to glow eel and that was the ticket for arties. Came back about 2PM with 17 trout and 2 reds. Lauren got a personal best 26.5" trout.

Sure nice having the opportunity to fish Fridays....too bad the checks reflects...Sounds like a good furlough day for ya...as was mine  |

Yep! It was a good day. We also released about 10 trout between 15"-16". |
