I have done just that on several occasions, nothing between me and the stars except a sheet and some jamies-not in the summer however.
Thanks for he report, Yarborough reports are few and far between.
I will be heading down there in late July if the conditions improve-one of my favorite places to fish. |

| On our way out a couple months ago I caught a glimpse of something, assumed it was a deer because of the size, looked a little closer and realized it was a dog. Actually had to turn around. Zoomed in with my camera...definitely coyote looking, but huge. Had to look up RedWolves... Maybe we have a large dog population out there? |

So I'm not nuts! I looked up Red Wolves as well but looks like they are gone from that area...not sure what it/they were. |

Haha no, I guess your not! Yeah, but I know of a wildlife refuge in Aransas Pass that has jaguarundis, I've seen one and when we asked the park rangers about it they said yes they are there and they have been having a ton of sittings, but TPWD refuses to acknowledge them until some gets proof...so you never know |

Yall sure you're not seeing hogs? I've seen boars way out rooting up oyster shells and chawing on stuff. _________________ JJ |

Yeah I saw it. Big dog about a month ago in the 30s, many miles from any camp when we passed it at 3 am.
I'm not gonna risk my life over going into someone's camp in the night over a dog when they can't even take care of it.
Definitely was a few meals for some coyotes by now. Maybe that's why their mercury levels are so high....?
Regardless, mother nature doesn't hold her breath for the unprepared. |
