| fixing to head to the river with family to wet a few lines was planning on buying some live shrimp and possibly some sea lice and gona throw the cast net a few times see what i get. Does any one know of a spot or which bait might be most effective ? i was planning on going to the last designated spot on the mouth of the river... any help would be much appreciated |

By river I'm assuming you mean the Nueces river? Cast net and catch finger mullet if they are still there. Dead shrimp/fish bites combo always good. Good luck getting a spot it usually fills up on weekends.
