Scored him down at the Cosway pier off the long rod last Wednesday night. I left with pier bragging rights for the night She was 34 inches, I thought you were allowed one drum over 30 inches?? I was told otherwise but I wasn't equipped to keep it either way as I was in town for work. |

Almost right. Just missed it by 22 inches.
a Black drum: No more than one black drum over 52 inches may be retained per person per day and counts as part of the daily bag and possession limit. _________________

So if it's between 30- just under 52 then you're outta luck? Good thing there was someone there who knew more than me off the top of his head. I was thinking 52 was the max. |

I know for a fact throwing back one of those oversized Black Drum can bring a grown man to tears...ask my husband when he had to release his 44" one at the Copano Bay Bridge/Pier. LOL, but not kidding! _________________ FishLady
