I had placed an order with B&L for some corkies I got about a month ago. I talked with Mr. Brown today and he said that it would be about April before I would get another order down here. Does anyone know of anyone else who sells these (aside from south texas trolling motor - Mr. Brown says he hasn't been able to send them any)? I should have bought more when I had the chance - I hear the price has gone up as well.

Damn, Tyler, I think I figured out why you keep missing those strikes on your corkies!!! You really should try one with some hooks on it. I heard they work pretty well. You have got to quit buying those rejects from Mr Paul.

I think he picked up some of the new invisi-hooks. They're great because the fish can't see them, but I keep sticking them in my hands. Smile

It's a really light bite so you have to leave off the hooks if you want to catch them! Smile

Thats an ancient indian trick , take the hooks off and the fish laugh themselves to death , then you wade around and pick up the limit you want ...

No, sounds like everone is out. Paul is taking walk-ins only. If this frenzy keeps up I'm going to put some on E-Bay.
