Went out about 10 AM and tried areas that I usually catch fish in this time of year. For the first 2 hours I didn't have a bite. Was using various lures from gulps to rattles to topwaters etc.

Around noon I worked some of the spoil islands and caught 4 undersized trout and 1 undersized red. All were caught on either topwater/dropper combo or a pink/white gulp ghost shrimp on a circle hook under a cajun thunder. Water clarity is 1' or less.

If it was red tide there probably would be, but BT doesn't affect them that way.
