At first, I assumed the Texas Highway Dept. logo was photo-shopped onto a DEA or Customs patrol boat. If the Highway patrol really does own six of these, as a taxpayer, I would really like to know what they are used for.

But...I can see the shock value of a speeding motorist seeing one of those in his rear-view mirror. Shocked
