My neighbor's underwater light was out so all the fish migrated across to mine. Put on a char/white clouser and got after it. Caught 5 trout all just under keeper size, but after catching one they would all scatter. Went up and watched some football and then came back. Caught another 1 or 2 and then off to the game again. Am going out one more time before I hit the sack.

Late reply, but you are right about the trout scattering at night. Try fly fishing during the day. I can usually catch some good fish in my canal early in the morning and right before dark. It seems like they are staging for the lights and are easier to catch. Clousers or glass minnows work for me....
