| Billy, I remember some of my first emails to you a couple of years ago when I encouraged you to get your VA disability applied for. I am so glad you got the final rating that you deserve. The secret to keeping it is to continue to take your meds and appointments and to let them know about ALL OF YOUR ACHES AND PAINS. It sounds like you would be complaining, but it is WHAT THEY OWE YOU for subjecting you to the horrors of Nam and also what ALL the recent Vets are owed for subjecting them to repeated deployments to the mid-east. The Government never thinks in advance of the costs to Vets when they send the guys into battle. Peoples brains were never designed for what has been endured. |

Good posts, Redeye and Capt Billy...your words go deep into the heart. I got nothing to say except I sincerly hope ya'll find peace, even for a while...maybe while sittin on a sand dune down in the 40's, watching the waves roll in as the sun warms your back.
