out at pins on sunday and saw these guys in the wade gut...stopped threw out and what a blast....ending up catching a couple. thinkin its a bull or black tip but don't know. went about 4 1/2ft.

The net says Finetooth Sharks are excellent eating, BUT to be legal in Texas they have to be 64 inches long (5 feet 4 inches).

Sharks and shark ID in Texas can get you in BIG trouble if you don't absolutely know what you are doing.

Yes FoldCatone is right and all the finetooth sharks I have caught have been about that size you caught and under the new 64" rule.
