FLOATING CABIN FC-131 FOR SALE located in the landcut just south of baffin bay. It has very easy access to baffin bay and all of the land cut area.
Newly remodeled....new roof ..new exterior....new interior with insulated walls and ceiling...better than builders specs/codes..... new paint.....floatation has been changed out using encapsulated foam blocks....they last for years and years.... they are not the un-protected foam blocks you see on most floating cabins.
it is located just inside the landcut approx 1 mile south of baffin bay.
new interior with enclosed bathroom...... has brand new a/c......LCD HD TV...DVD PLAYER...MICRWAVE OVEN... Gene we have a cabin...you have one on the island, I have one in the bluff. They have a/c and soft beds , and hot showers. AND FOOD.

This is the cabin I stayed in the land cut. I could talk to the old man and see if he would be interested as the floaters you can get a ROI
edit, this must be a different cabin then I stayed out since its only 1 mile into the cut.

dont have any pics yet...will take some the next week or two to show folks...it is the solid white floater on the left just before the second cut to the left after you are in the landcut. it is after rolophs cut and before " happs cut"... you cant miss it...it is the only floater on the east side of the landcut in that area....it is approx 1 mile ...more or less into the landcut.... i just painted it white last weekend..go to my website and click on "contact us"...on that page it is cabin number 2...that is the location for its position in the landcut..

i will be at the cabin this saturday june 4th all day and sunday june 5th until 10 am if anyone wishes to see the cabin inside and out. you can contact me if you wish to see it on a different weekend. i will take some pics to post up during the trip.

I thought that cabin was about 10 miles south of Baffin?
isn't it south of the 1 mile marker in the landcut? |

YES it is about one mile into the landcut south of baffin bay on the left hand side(eats side of the channel).i have another cabin for sale also fc-223 in the nine mile cut.... will sale either cabin..... fc131 for 40,000 dollars(newly remodeled).....fc 223 for 45,000 dollars (sleeps six newly remodeled).....or both cabins,, customer base ,,,website,,, boat and all for 95,000 dollars.
