I have family coming in so I want safe travel in and out. As for myself i'm replacing my 12ga. that was stolen with an 870 rem. We have Christmas to New Years off so I'll overhaul the boat motor and wade and yak fish. Maybe try to bag a few duck. (still duck season?) Anyway MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone. DR.

Well I really wanted to be in Corpus next week bu the Drs. advised against it so I would like to have some good weather here so I can get after som crappie and walleye.
Of course since I am not coming down you all will have some great fishing and that is what I wish for all of you. I don't believe the beach is going anywhere so I just want the opportunity to come to Corpus and try my hand at teh surf and the jetties.
Merry Christmas To All
Have a Great New Year.

P.S. At least keep the reports coming so I can keep wishing I was there.LOL...

I want to be able to read the surf up here in the Galveston Area. I've read some of the post on how to read the surf, but when I 'm on the beach I can't find it.

Already got a pretty great gift from all of you that worked so hard at keeping the beach accessible. Thanks and Merry Christmas. Jesus is the reason for the season.

Well... I didn't get Rebecca Romijn or a Zodia... or even the Aston Martin like I was hoping. I did however get tons of socks and underwear! Also got a new wetsuit that will be put to the test and will hopefully have a report on Wed or Thur.

socks and underwear....gotta love it! My kids actually get a bit ticked off when I DON'T replenish the socks/underwear at this time.

I got a new kayak paddle and look forward to trying it out. Fishbill got one too, and he and a friend will be going down Wednesday to try PINS, or see if the flounder are still going at it. BHP cam shows a very calm sea....
