We had homemade sirloin chicked fried steak gravy, taters,brocoli, it was chest beating good. However the FRIED fish always wins.

A buddy of mine surprised me with some backstrap yesterday, so chicken fried venison, mashed taters and gravy on the menu this evening. GREAT cold weather fare. Very Happy
