I was surprised to see this new structure in one of my favorite fishing holes yesterday. Hopefully, this is only another mega duck blind. The remains of the last structure still stick out and under the water nearby. Gouging hulls and bending prop shafts.

Aren't there any regulatuions on building permanent structures?
That thing looks rather permanent.

This looks like it may be for the kitesurfers with those rails.

I do not see any lights or reflectors, which worries me what happens when someone runs through that area when its dark outside.

How about GPS numbers. I can see my green lights suspended already. A pop up tent and one could be there for a couple of days.

A "Hazard to Navigation" like this needs to be reported to the Coast Guard. Tell me the GPS Coordinates and I'll take care of it for you. Someone has to do it. I'll even verify that your Coordinates are correct.
