Check it out on goggle maps, then pan around to get view of house and the view that it has of the bay.
Two bedroom - TV to watch dvds & vhs tapes (no cable) - full kitchen, no laundry - sleeper sofa in living room.

When checking Goggle Earth look for the small house with the white truck parked out front. It is the only house on the west side of the street not elevated , and just north of the A-Fram home.

When checking goggle earth I generally find that the address is 4016 Claudia Dr. rahter than the actual address of 4030. It is the third house from the end of the drive and the end of the drive would put you in the water.

The house is nesseled between Lil' Wigglers boat launch (off Laguna Shores) and "The Porch", and Bluff's Landing.

If you want to drive by and see it, take Laugna Sores until you get to Rex, then turn left until you come to Claudia, then turn left until you see 4030 Claudia on your left, or the west side of the street.

For the price - it's hard to beat!

I grew up right there in that area, actually Claudia and Annette (next street up) are named after my grandmother and my great aunt.
