Took the boat out to test it after having it worked on. Still not up to par. But I did get to fish. 2 drift anchors out and still flying across the water.

Drifted the flats by Pita and water was very stained. Threw lots of different lures and when I switched to a bone topdog I caught a couple dink trout, a 16" trout, a 27" red (both pictured) and a 32" red that came out of the water to hit my lure. That alone was worth the trip. Adrenalin pumping sight.

Got another couple today and they wouldn't hit anything but gold spoons. Measured 24 & 27. Nice deep copper color do to the stained water color.

nice zia, keep killing em while I keep using the wind as an excuse not to get a line wet! good reports as always, thanks for sharing. tomorrow I will be out there, no excuses.
