Sort of off topic but fishing *boat* related and it seems the OT forum has red tide Smile

Can anyone recommend a canvas person in corpus? I need a cockpit (sheboygan = kokpit) cover for the boat, from the windshield back to the transom. I have all the material, snap hardware, and a sailrite machine and was going to attempt it myself but my free time is getting to be very tight lately, so I'd like to find someone who can do it for me.

They would have to be able to do the measuring and fitting at the dock as trailering a 15k lb boat around is easier said than done Wink

Thanks for any recommendations...

I got a pretty decent cover from Overton's. https://www.overtons.com/site_section/boating_and_marine_section.shtml

If you don't find one locally.

Its been many years since I used them but they did excellent work in designing and fabricating a 28 ft cover when I had an inboard.

"South Texas Canvas "- 3317 Leopard, C. C. (361) 884-1876

Hope this helps

Couldn't remember the name of the shop. That's the one I was thinking about. We've used them at work several times.

Thanks guys. Will give them a ring.

I wish I could get a pre-made cover but they won't work. Boat is too big to cover the whole thing so I need a cover just from the windshield and helm back.

If you can't find anyone in Corpus you might try Canvas USA in Rockport.
888-341-1234 ask for Allen.. They do everything...

I'm pretty sure that Gary @ Texas Tops can do it. His prices are fair.
