interesting product.. I like the idea that it can use satalite imagrary. Which I like oh so much. I personally have been using google maps with my phone with the satalite layer on. I can navigate blind at night down a channell oh so easily just with google maps and the gps on my phone. Plus when the water is dirty I can find a hole I want to fish or a cut off.. if this does the same with the satalite it would be a good investment I think

I have the 400 that also has XM radio and weather and I know you can download the satalite images and overlay them on mine. As far as I know the only real difference is the 300 does not have the XM

Cast n Blast is correct. The 400 w/XM subscription is a great deal.
