[Im Headed South]

I have to give Eagle Electronics some love here for their awesome customer support. I had a GPS unit that some how allowed rain water to leak into the unit .I though I was out 600 bucks due to unit being 4 months out of warranty but I called them anyway to see if I could send it in to see if it was repairable. Spoke with a very nice women in Tulsa (not India) who informed me that if I had not opened the unit that they would replace it free of charge ! What a deal , just think of the experiences that we deal with everyday of people trying to get over on us or not standing behind their work and you can see why I'm so pleased .I have seen post like these in the past and I make a note in my head of the good company's and the bad ones as well.
