I like the no garge part. I get the feeling ur garage has never stored a car. Then where would u hang out? And u should mention to any renter that they would also be in the vicinity come fry time. That's a perk worth mentioning. Wink

be careful who ya rent too.. im sure you made the right call if you said application problems.. a low life renter is worse than leaving it vacant all together.. Iv been havign the same issues with a townhome I rent out.. low lifes tear is up and cause all kinds of drama the you have to fight for you money..

you are so right Robul, It would make a great bed and breakfast place, because of its location. It would be nice to have it booked for the next year. But the right renter will eventually come knocking.
