I started that. Shell Island is actually Coyote Island, along the ICWW near the opening to the bay (by the NAS-CC bulkhead). reachable only by boat. covered in shells.

oh, unless there's another shell island, which there may be. and also wasn't that some kind of futuristic movie with Kiefer Sutherland in it where the main character was always looking for Shell Island?
