I was able to get out for a few hours before sunset. Managed to finaly boat a couple of nice reds, right at 28" and a quartet of decent 20" to 26" trout.

I lost the first flounder I have ever knowingly had on the line right at the boat. It may have been the keystone cop action of me trying to get over my lab. who was very pre-occupied with the gulls, and to the back of my wet boat before the rod, reel and tackle all exited the rear... if you were on the water and heard one of my better Richard Pryor imitations apologies...... Chalk it up to the heat of the battle

The reds and trout all came off of gold sea sprite spoons. The flounder hit a 3" new penny gulp. All came just a little north of Packery in about 24" to 36" of water. The flounder hit the bait on a mauler that I was "accidently" draging behind the boat as I trolled from point to point.
